About
Toni Colette is a geologist chaperoning wealthy Japanese investor Hiromitsu (Gotaro Tsunashima through the Pilbara desert so he can visit his company's mines. An uncomfortable misunderstanding develops between the two. But when they are bogged in the middle of the desert and their car stranded overnight, their elation at getting free of the sand shifts their mutual hostility. As the pair travels into the wilderness and let go of the concerns of their everyday lives, a deeper affection for each other develops, reinforced by the vast, awe-inspiring landscape.
