QAGOMA’s ‘Unlock the Collection’ campaign has successfully concluded, raising more than $5 million through the inspiring generosity of over 660 donors.
The Gallery is deeply grateful to all who contributed to supporting QAGOMA’s digital transformation initiative, which is helping to make the entire Collection available to everyone through digital image capture, a new Collection Online platform, and engaging digital resources.
The funds raised will also support more digital residences and ambitious research projects to shape the Gallery’s digital future and ensure meaningful art experiences are accessible to visitors on site and online.

This transformative digitisation initiative has opened the doors to our storerooms and allowed us to take major steps toward making the entire QAGOMA Collection — our most important asset — available to audiences around the world.The Gallery is deeply grateful to the many hundreds of donors who supported this significant campaign.
